Electricity Law Reports
The E.L.R. is designed to report the decisions of Nigerian Courts and Quasi-Judicial Regulatory Tribunals on issues pertaining to the Nigerian Electricity Sector.
The E.L.R. seeks to enable investors and industry stakeholders access judicial decisions on laws and regulations pertaining to the electricity sector as well as detailed analysis of facts, issues, subject-matter and courts/panels’ findings in each case.
The maiden edition of the E.L.R., launched on the 7th day of October 2020. It is the first of its kind.
