  • Appointed Notary Public (1994). Elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (2005), Pro-Chancellor Chairman Governing Council Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State (2007-2011) Member Presidential Advisory Committee on the Prerogative of Mercy (2011). In June 2012, he was appointed Chairman of the Governing Board of the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria by the President.
  • Chief Bolaji Ayorinde SAN, FCArb is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, Nigeria and he is currently the Chairman of the Committee on Transport and Aviation. He is involved in major arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Bolaji Ayorinde continues to receive instructions in very high profile cross border disputes such as the P&ID/Federal Government of Nigeria Arbitration, the international Arbitration over the Mambila Power Project Construction, Global Trade and Augusta/Leonardo of Italy Multidollar dispute over outstanding Commissions due on Military Equipment supplied to the Nigerian Ministry of Defence, the Els Doorhein claim against Arik Air amongst others.
  • In September of 2014, he was conferred with the National Honour of “Officer of the Federal Republic” of Nigeria, [O.F.R] by Former President Goodluck Jonathan.
  • In November 2014 he was appointed as a member of the Nigeria Bar Association National Executive Committee (NBA-NEC) and he currently chairs the Nigerian Bar Association Dispute Resolution Committee and the Committee on the Remodeling of the NBA Complex in Abuja.
